One of the signs of stress is rapid, shallow breathing so you need to take slow, deep breaths to calm down. Breathing exercises help focus the mind and get more oxygen into the blood stream.
When performing deep breathing exercising, try to focus on breathing from the abdomen first and then let the ribcage expand. Breath in and out slowly. This ensures that the deepest breaths are taken.
Breathing exercises are easy to do and will greatly help to calm a stressed mind.

Yoga can be credited with increasing energy and reducing blood pressure and body fat, but it is most valued for moving the body into a more relaxed and healthier state.
Yoga and stretching are extremely effective in reducing stress and thus help to decrease acne stress significantly.

Meditation helps improve concentration, calms the mind, and increases one's ability to copy with stress. Anyone can practice meditation, you don't need to be an expert and you don't need to do it for a very long period of time in order to feel the benefits.
There are many different techniques for meditating, so it is important to research meditation and find the one that suits you best.
